Financial Policy

Dental insurance was designed to assist you to restore your mouth to good dental function. Over

the past 30 years or more, annual benefit maximums have remained unchanged, yet the cost to provide

quality dental care has increased.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance claims to help maximize reimbursement. The number of insurance companies has grown significantly, and the number of dental plans are in the thousands. We do our best to provide you as close an estimate as possible, based on the information available to us. It is important for you to review your plan and utilize it to its fullest. Please remember that your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company; therefore, you are ultimately responsible for the total amount of your dental fees.

Understand that regardless of any insurance status, you are responsible for the balance due on your account. You are responsible for any and all professional services rendered. This includes but is not limited to: dental fees, surgical procedures, tests, office procedures, medications and also any other services not directly provided by the dentist.

FULL PAYMENT is due at the time of service. If insurance benefits apply, ESTIMATED PATIENT COPAYMENTS and DEDUCTIBLES are due at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made.

Unless we receive notice of cancellation 48 hours in advance, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00. Please help us maintain the highest quality of care by keeping scheduled appointments.
